Fangoria album tops the charts

Cuatricromía - the latest album from top Spanish electropop band Fangoria - has entered the spanish album charts at number 1. The album contains a set of four individual EPs, with Sigue Sigue Sputnik sitting in the producer’s chair for the rock & roll themed Magenta disc.

Sputnik-produced tracks include Tormenta solar perfecta (Perfect Solar Storm), Rendez-vous espacial (Space Rendezvous), Caprichos de un corazón estrafalario (Bizarre whims of the heart), Viaje a ninguna parte (Journey to Nowhere) and La sombra de una traición (Shadow of a Betrayal).

TJ writes: "Great to see that the new Fangoria album, with five songs produced by myself and Neal X, has gone straight in at No. 1 in the Spanish charts.  Not only is Fangoria massively talented, they are, quite simply, some of the nicest people we have ever had the privilege to work with.  Congratulations!"

This is the third Fangoria album that Sputnik has worked on as producers, and it follows the Number 1 success of the 2009 album Absolutemente.
